01What ZOLT is
ZOLT gives you one prepaid key that works across every AI model we list. You load credits onto the key, and each call you make is charged per token at that model’s listed rate.
02Credits
Credits are prepaid and never expire. When your balance runs low, topping up refills the same key instead of issuing a new one. ZOLT is not a subscription, and a key can never be charged beyond the credits loaded onto it.
03Your key
Treat your key like cash. Anyone holding it can spend its balance. If you think your key has leaked, message support right away and we will replace it.
04Fair use
Do not use ZOLT for anything illegal. Keys used for abuse may be paused. If we ever pause a key by mistake, message us and we will sort it out.
05Availability
We work to keep ZOLT running around the clock and we publish the health of the service on the status page, but we do not promise a specific uptime.
06Prices
Pack prices and per-model credit rates may change over time. Changes never touch credits you already hold. A credit you bought stays a credit.
07If something goes wrong
Tell us. We would rather fix the problem and keep you as a customer than hide behind fine print. Support: support@zoltllm.com, or message us on Facebook or Telegram.
